was admitted to the Ohio State bar in 1975, and is a life member of
the Northern District of Ohio Eighth District Judicial Conference.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Academy of
Trial Lawyers and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Mark Fusco, Associate |

Mark's
area of expertise include Commercial Litigation, Real Estate,
Appellate Advocacy and Corporate Law. Born in Cleveland, Ohio in
1956, he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Hiram College in 1982. He received his J.D. in 1988 from Case
Western Reserve University School of Law. Mark has extensive
knowledge about insurance contracts and worked in the commercial
claims department of an insurance company while in law school. He
often serves as an appellate adviser on insurance matters for other
attorneys. Mark is a member of the American Bar Association.

Marie M. Rady,

Marie
specializes in Domestic Relations, including divorce, dissolution,
child custody and prenuptial agreements. She is trained as a
mediator and also in collaborative law. She was born in St. Louis,
Missouri in 1961. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of
Science degree from Heidelberg College in 1983. She attended Baldwin
Wallace College, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Masters
in Business Administration in 1986. Again, in law school, she
received top honors in 1989, graduating magna cum laude from Akron
University School of Law with a J.D. Marie is a member of the
Cuyahoga County Bar Association and serves as the current chair of
the Family Law Section. She is also a Trustee and past President of
The Center for Principled Family Advocacy.
