John J. Wargo Jr., Principal Partner

John has extensive experience in Probate Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury and Corporate Law. Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1948, he graduated from Bowling Green University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1969. John received his J.D. in 1975 from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky State College.

While in law school, John worked as a claims adjuster and district office claims manager. Upon graduation from law school, John worked as a claims attorney before entering the private practice of law in 1976.

He was admitted to the Ohio State bar in 1975, and is a life member of the Northern District of Ohio Eighth District Judicial Conference. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Jack Mills Jr., Associate

Jack practices primarily in the areas of corporate, real estate, appellate and personal injury law. Prior to joining the firm, he successfully represented a wide range of clients including JP Morgan Chase, the State of Ohio, and the City of Cleveland in various real estate and corporate matters. In 2007, Jack served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Dan A. Polster Judge, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
