Wargo and Wargo Co., L.P.A. was founded by John J. Wargo (1921-1996), who built a solid reputation for the firm. This tradition of working effectively, efficiently and compassionately for our clients continues today with his son, John J. Wargo Jr., serving as Principal Partner.

Today, our firm includes attorneys Mark Fusco, Associate and Marie Rady, Associate. Our support staff of Donna Baker, Sue Smith, Noreen Albright, Michelle Luich, Marie Foley and Judy Smith have a combined total of over 68 years with Wargo and Wargo.
Because of the care and attention we pay to each client and their legal concerns, many of our clients and business associates have become our personal friends as well as long-term clients.
